it is on the market. Yet, if you found the printer cannot work
properly after installing any genuine product (including cartridge,
toner and transfer belt), maybe it is a manufacture defect.
Please keep it with whole package, included the packing and
the tin wrapper, and also the invoice. Bring them to EPSON HONG
KONG LTD. We promise we will give you a replacement for the
defect if it is our genuine product.

and the product its own, before you make sure it works.
As a customer, you can return a defect product. However, we
need some evidences to make sure it is our genuine product.

Hints for cartridge replacement
Yields vary considerably based on images printed, print settings, paper
type, frequency of use and temperature.
For print quality, a variable amount of ink remains in the cartridge after
the "replace cartridge" indicator comes on.
The printer ships with full cartridges and part of the ink from the first
cartridges is used for priming the printer.
